After a decade inside founder-led companies, Jon saw the same pattern repeatedly: founders stretched thin, teams maxed out, and a market full of vendors selling tools instead of solving problems.

Talus is housed under Varosity Inc. as a DBA. It exists to be the operator on the founder’s side — diagnosing the real bottleneck, then connecting them to partners that actually deliver.
