Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the diagnostic call request form, we collect:

• —Name and email address
• —Company name and size
• —Revenue range
• —A description of your operational bottleneck

We use Plausible Analytics for website analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. No tracking pixels or third-party ad scripts are present on this site.

How we use it

Form data is stored in HubSpot CRM and used solely to schedule and conduct the diagnostic call, prepare a recommendation, and follow up on the engagement. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Third parties

We use HubSpot (CRM and email), Google Calendar (scheduling), and Plausible Analytics (privacy-respecting analytics). If an engagement results in a referral to Atonomi or BE Simple Staffing, we share your contact information and context notes with that partner for the purpose of the engagement. We disclose this before making any introduction.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing jon@talusops.com. We will remove your contact record from our systems within 30 days.
