The diagnostic call
Booking a diagnostic call is free and creates no obligation on either side. Talus provides an advisory opinion, not a legal, financial, or accounting recommendation. Engage professionals licensed in your jurisdiction for those decisions.
Partner referrals
If Talus refers you to a partner (Atonomi or BE Simple Staffing), any agreement you enter is between you and that partner. Talus is not a party to that agreement and accepts no liability for the partner's performance. We do earn a referral fee, which is disclosed at the time of the recommendation.
Intellectual property
The Talus brand, copy, and system materials (diagnostic framework, recommendation templates) are proprietary to Varosity Inc. Don't reproduce them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Varosity Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on Talus's recommendations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
